Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The writ petitioner was holding the post of Sub Registrar in-charge at the time of attaining the age of superannuation. Owing to issuance of charge memos, he was not allowed to retired. Questioning the same, this writ petition has been filed.

3. In this writ petition the petitioner has made a composite challenge to the order of suspension and also the charge memos issued against him. Since the petitioner had independently challenged the charge memos, no order is required in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. No costs. 08.09.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No mga 2/4
