This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1440 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent Police Station within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the investigation in Crime No.1440 of 2020 is almost completed and prayed for three months time to file a final report.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side.
