ORDER

Seeking direction to the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Cr.No.10/2024 dated 26.02.2024 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the second respondent for further investigation or any other competent officer and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate within the time period stipulated by this Court.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that investigation in Crime No.10 of 2024 has been completed and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' on 23.04.2025. RCS notice has also been upon the defacto complainant.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed. The petitioner/ defacto complainant is at liberty to file a protest petition, if so adviced. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
