O R D E R

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Certiorari, to call for the records relating to the impugned proceedings, dated 07.09.2022, of the 1st respondent herein and to quash the same. 2.The impugned order directs the College to allow the 3rd respondent to continue in service. In the earlier writ petition, the College was directed to allow the 3rd respondent to continue in service. Aggrieved over the same, a review petition as well as a contempt petition was filed. Since the 3rd respondent is on the verge of superannuation, the College has allowed the 3rd respondent to continue until 30.04.2023, through proceedings, dated 24.04.2023.

3.Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
