Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. 2.By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for disposal.

3.The only prayer sought for in this writ petition is that the petitioner has made a representation, dated 14.06.2013 to the respondents to extend the petitioner the benefit of G.O.No.69 School Education (M1) Department, dated 18.4.2013 which was implemented in pursuance to the order dated 14.07.2009 of the Hon'ble Division Bench in W.P.No.8747 of 2009, since no order has been passed by the respondents. 4.Taking note of the fact that the petitioner's representation is pending consideration before the first respondent, without going into the merits of this case, this Court directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 14.06.2013 and to pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
