ORDER

This petition is filed seeking quashment of the charge sheet in C.C.No.64 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bodinayakkanur, Theni District.

2.After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent, this Court is of the considered view that no ground is made out by the petitioners for quashing the final report. So the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that considering the age of the petitioners 2 and 4, he limited his prayer to the extent that their personal appearance may be dispensed with before the Court below.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.8142 of 2021 3.Considering the nature of allegations as well as considering the age of the petitioners 2 and 4, the personal appearance of the petitioners 2 and 4 alone before the trial court is dispensed with, on condition that they must appear before the trial court within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and file an undertaking that they will appear before the court as and when required, by affixing attested photographs. 4.With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
