O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to accept the arrears of current consumption charges and to refund the deposit to the petitioner, as per the representation dated 29.01.2015.

2. The learned counsel standing appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent are now willing to receive the Demand Draft in respect of current consumption charges, without prejudice to their rights and contention. The learned counsel further submitted that the petitioner will have to pay further amount and in this regard, the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ respondents will issue necessary notice to the petitioner.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to receive the Demand Draft in respect of current consumption charges, without prejudice to their rights and contentions and claim any other amount due from the petitioner by issuing necessary notice and in accordance with law. No costs.
