It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 16.02.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.

3. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) that earlier, after completion of the investigation, the case has been closed; subsequently, the petitioner gave a list of witnesses to be enquired into and as per the list given by the petitioner, the respondent conducted enquiry with the other witnesses and closed the case as 'mistake of fact'. 4.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
