This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the official respondents to give adequate protection to the life and limb of the petitioner.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that without going into the merits of the case, this Court may permit the petitioner to file a suit before the competent Civil Court and further, he prayed to close the present petition. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out their remedy in the manner known to law.
