The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a Writ of Mandamus directing the second respondent to take necessary action on the basis of his representation dated 27.06.2018, with regard to participation and celebrating the temple festival in the petitioner's village, namely, Athimoolam @ Karuppana Swamy and Muniyan Swamy temple situated at Keel Rangiyam Village, Thiruppuvanam Taluk, Sivagangai.

2. Heard Mr.D.Anbarasu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Shanmuga Selvam, learned Additional Government

Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.R.Udayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the respondents 4 to 6.

3. Pursuant to the order of this Court dated 06.07.2018, it is seen that the writ petition before the public interest litigation in W.P.No.14451 of 2018, came to be disposed of on 10.07.2018. As such, the temple festival also came to be conducted on 11.07.2018 itself. As such the petitioner's request in the representation has become infructuous.
