This writ petition is filed for a Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to grant permission and police protection to conduct 'Adal Padal' programme on 12.05.2022 from 7.00 p.m to 11.00 p.m in Arulmighu Sri Muthu Mariyamman Temple ''Chithirai Festival'' in Thirunalur Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, considering the petitioner's representation dated 09.05.2022. 2.Today(11.05.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition.
