PRAYER: Petition filed under Section to 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.57 of 2024 from the file of the third respondent Police to CBCID / fourth respondent for further investigation and to file a final report before the concerned Court, within the time stipulated by this Court.

The petitioner has approached this Court to transfer the investigation of the case in Crime No.57 of 2024 from the file of the third respondent Police to CBCID / 4th respondent for further investigation and to file a final report.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent police submits that the respondent police have been wrongly shown in this petition.

3. The petition has been filed in a careless and negligent manner and without impleading the necessary respondent. According to the Additional Public Prosecutor, there is no case/no complaint is pending against the petitioner on the file of the respondent police.
