ORDER

The petitioners seek for quash of the FIR in Crime No.10 of 2024 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the investigation has been completed and the case was closed as 'Further action dropped' on 01.03.2025. RCS notice was also served on 16.09.2025.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with liberty to the petitioners to challenge the final report, by filing a protest petition.
