2. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3. Though, the petitioner has sought for a direction to the third respondent to release the registered sale deed dated 16.09.20113, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he would be satisfied, if a direction is given to the first https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondent to expedite the appeal and pass orders on the same.

4. In the light of the submission made, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to expedite the appeal No.36879/N3/2017 dated 30.08.2017 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
