2. Now the grievance of the petitioners that they are also victims of the crime that was committed by the third respondent and others, over which, a case in Crime No.7 of 2022 was registered by Economic Offences Wing, Madurai, and now investigation is pending. Since they are also victims of the above said crime, they sent representations to include them as victim by recording their statement. So far the above said representations were not considered by the second respondent, hence this petition has been filed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now the above said investigation is transferred to the Economic Offences Wing, Sivagangai, from the file of the second respondent on 14.10.2022.
4. The Officer from the EOW, Sivagangai, is present before this Court. The Inspector of Police, EOW, Sivagangai, is suo-motu impleaded as seventh respondent in all these matters.
5. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would further submit that the seventh respondent have not received the bundle from the second respondent so far.

6. The petitioners in all these matters are directed to appear before the seventh respondent and the seventh respondent is directed to record the petitioners' statement and proceed the matters in accordance with law.
7. There shall be a direction to the second respondent to transfer the above said CD files immediately to the seventh respondent. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor may also advise the seventh respondent to consider the above said representation immediately.
8. With the above said direction, these Writ Petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
