ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Baskarapandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3. By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment made by the 4th respondent in Survey No.28/6 Seerathakudi Village, Thadiyamangalam Village, Panchayat Ilayankudi Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the villager's representation dated 07.11.2014. 3.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.11.2014 is directed to be disposed of by the respondents within a stipulated time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Having considered the relief sought for in the writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 07.11.2014 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after providing reasonable opportunity to the petitioner and the fourth respondent and other rival claimants, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
