O R D E R

This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned order dated 25.03.2014 passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.4839/C/2014, by which it was decided to shift the TASMAC shop to some other place.

2. It is represented by the petitioner that he was granted license to run the TASMAC Bar from 01.12.2013 to 30.11.2014 and in the meantime, he was asked to shift the said Bar by citing the judgement of this Court dated 20.02.2014 rendered in W.P.(MD) No.4343 of 2013.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the shop has already been shifted, coupled with the fact that the period for which license was granted is also over

4. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in this case. Hence, this petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
