ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.not known of 2024, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 273 and 328 IPC and Section 20(1) of the Cigarettes and other Tobacco Products Act, 2003 and section 77 of the Juvenile Justice Act, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submits that no case/no enquiry is pending against the petitioner.
