: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third and fourth respondents to delete the name of this petitioner from the responsibility over the audit Para Nos.23 & 28 of the audit report dated 31.10.2011 for the year 2007-2008 to 2010-2011. ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with the present Writ Petition seeking for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the third and fourth respondents to delete his name from the responsibility over the audit Para Nos.23 & 28 of the audit report dated 31.10.2011 for the year 2007-2008 to 2010-2011.

2. Mrs.Srimathy, learned Special Government Pleader, takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. By consent, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

4. Seeking such relief, the petitioner has sent a representation dated 02.04.2018 to the third respondent and since the same has not been considered so far, the petitioner is before this Court with the present Writ Petition for the reliefs as stated above.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the case, a direction is given to the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation made by the petitioner dated 02.04.2018 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
