ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the second respondent to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 18.04.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that the petitioner borrowed a sum of Rs.1.50 lakhs from the proposed accused, for which she gave six blank cheques. Unable to bear the sexual torture of the proposed accused, she subsequently repaid the amount with exorbitant interest. Even after that the proposed accused by using the blank cheques given by her lodged a false complaint, compelled for sexual abuse and caused cruelty. As no case was registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.
