No.3 of 2015 on the file of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate/Special Judge, Thanjavur @ Kumbakonam and set aside the order of conviction dated 18.02.2019 passed by the learned chief judicial Magistrate/Special Judge, Thanjavur @ Kumbakonam made in Spl. C.C.No. 3 of 2019 by allowing this criminal appeal.

Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of of MR.E.ANTONY SAHAYA PRABAHAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent and the petitioner none appeared either in person or by an Advocate, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court made in Crl.M.P(MD)No.2227 of 2019, dated 03.04.2019 in Crl.A(MD)No.93 of 2019.
