[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] Challenge is made to the e-auction sale notice issued by the respondent-Bank.

2. When the writ petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondent-Bank would fairly submit that pursuant to the e-auction sale notice issued by the respondent-Bank, no bidder has participated in the said auction and therefore, the writ petition has become infructuous.

3. In view of the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
