O R D E R
(Order of the Court was made by R.VIJAYAKUMAR, J) The present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by one Krishnan on the allegation that his close relative one S.S.Velappan has been abducted by the third and fourth respondents.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 3 and 4 submitted that the said senior citizen is taking treatment in Chennai and was discharged only yesterday.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the official respondents submitted that on enquiry he came to know that the alleged detenue has not been abducted and he has voluntarily taking treatment in hospital at Chennai and he is residing with the respondents 3 and 4.
4. Since the petitioner being a close relative has not been permitted to meet the alleged detenue, we hereby direct the respondent police to give adequate police protection for the petitioner, if he wants to visit and make a call to the alleged detenue-S.S.Velappan. However, the said police protection cannot be used by the petitioner to pick up any quarrel with the respondents 3 and 4.
5. With the above observation, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed.
