Respondents Prayer: Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.01.2021 and direct the first respondent to pay the arrears payment of Rs.4,16,080/- to the petitioner with regard to the completion of the work under 14th Finance Scheme Part - II in the Main road leading to Beach from Chothavillai, Kanyakumari District forthwith.

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.01.2021, wherein the petitioner is seeking for the payment of the arrears amount of Rs.4,16,080/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Sixteen Thousand and Eighty only) for the work that was done by her.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she was entrusted with the contract work and she had completed the work and the total amount payable to the petitioner by the respondents works out to 1/3
Rs.49,16,080/- (Rupees Forty Nine Lakhs Sixteen Thousand and Eighty only). The further case of the petitioner is that the petitioner, on submitting the bills, was paid only a sum of Rs.45,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Five Lakhs only) and the petitioner is yet to be paid the remaining amount of Rs.4,16,080/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Sixteen Thousand and Eighty only). The petitioner made a representation in this regard to the respondents. Since the same was not considered, the present Writ Petition has been filed before this Court seeking for appropriate directions.
3. Heard Mr.S.Palani Velayutham, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Suresh Kumar, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondents.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and without going in to the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the third respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 03.01.2021 and deal with the same on its own merits and take a decision within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the third respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
6. This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
