O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner to transfer the investigating in Crime No.59 of 2025 from the 5th respondent to the 4th respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, they registered a case in Crime No.59 of 2025 for the offences under Sections 115(2), 118(1), 296(b) and 351(3) of BNSS and they are conducting investigation and now awaiting for the wound certificate. Therefore, the transfer of investigation would arise in this case.

3. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and recording the above said submission of the learned Government Advocate that the 5th respondent police is conducting investigation and awaiting for the Page No. 2 of 4
