When this Writ Petition was posted for hearing on 17.01.2018, the learned counsel for the petitioner has filed memo stating that he has withdrawn his appearance. Hence, the Registry was directed to post the matter on 22.01.2018 by printing the name of the petitioner in the cause list. On that day, there was no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this matter was directed to be listed today i.e on 23.01.2018 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
