*********** [Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Though the petitioner has sought a larger relief of issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to close the TASMAC Liquor Vending Shop [Shop No.10917] situated at Veerakeralampudur Village, Tirunevlei District, at the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if the pending representation dated 28.05.2018, is directed to be considered and disposed of by the first respondent within a stipulated time.

2. In such view of the matter, the Writ Petition stands disposed of with a direction to the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.05.2018 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
