ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that unable to bear the torture, the second petitioner left her husband by name Chelladurai and in order to eke out her livelihood, she is working under the first petitioner. While so, under the guise of a complaint stated to be lodged by the husband of the second petitioner, the second respondent has been harassing the petitioners by calling them for enquiry frequently. Hence, they have come up with the present petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the father of the second petitioner has filed a Habeas Corpus Petition in H.C.P.(MD).No.716 of 2016 praying to produce the second petitioner before the Court and that the same is listed today for hearing before the concerned Court. He would further submit that no case and no petition is pending against the petitioners and hence, there is no chance for the second respondent to call them or harass them.
