ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent herein to register a case based on the petitioner's complaint dated 09.06.2018. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that the complaint has been enquired and the same was closed as false complaint. He further submitted that in respect of very same dispute arose between the petitioner and the proposed accused, a suit in O.S.No.248 of 2018 is pending before the Sub Court, Madurai. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court.
