2.When the matter came up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, a case has been registered in Crime No.300 of 2016 under Sections 147, 148, 120 (b), 294(b), 352, 506(ii) and 379 IPC and 3(1) of the Tamil Nadu Property (Prevention of Damage and Loss) Act, 1992.
