Respondents Prayer:- This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first respondent to order direct payment in terms of Annexure III r/w Rule 19 of the Tamil Nadu Recognized Private Schools (Regulation) Rules 1974 to the 3rd respondent and consequentially to direct the respondents to pay the G.P.F amount, leave encashment, 3% bonus increment, annual increment, festival advance and forward the salary proposal for the month of December 2013 and for succeeding months in the light of the communication issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.2/A1/2013 dated 9.10.2013 and by considering the petitioner's representation dated 17.12.2013 within the period that may be stipulated by this Hon'ble Court.
