ORDER

It is an application seeking a direction to the respondents to register a case based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 21.03.2016.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents. 3.The sum and substance of the complaint of the petitioner is that due to previous motive, the proposed accused abused the petitioner in filthy language and attacked him with stick. As no case was registered on the said complaint, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that petition enquiry has been conducted and it has been closed on 18.04.2016.

5.In view of the above submission, the second respondent is directed to furnish a copy of the closure report to the counsel for the petitioner and on receipt of the same, it is open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. 6.This Criminal Original Petition is accordingly closed.
