ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as accused No.1. He was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 31.05.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 5 J (2) (L) of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and 506(ii) of IPC in Crime No.5 of 2018, on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The petitioner is a married person. He had physical relationship with the victim girl who was minor during the relevant point of time and also made her pregnant. The conduct of the petitioner cannot be condoned.

3.Therefore, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
