PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein with regard to the civil complaint pending on the file of the second respondent police.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, seeking a direction to the second respondent police not to harass the petitioner herein based on the complaint given by the third respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the complaint of the third respondent has been enquired and the same was closed. The copy of the closure report has also been produced before this Court. 3.In view of the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Criminal Original Petition. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
