Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned Rejection Letter in Na.Ka.No.3/42000/2013, dated 14.2.2014 issued by

the fifth respondent and to quash the same and consequently to direct the third respondent to appoint the Petitioner to the post of Tamil Nadu Special Police Youth Brigade(Male) 2013-2014. For Petitioner : Mr.M.R.Sreenivasan For Respondents : Mr.R.Sethuraman 1 to 7 Special Govt.Pleader

ORDER

It is represented by the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 that the Petitioner has been appointed pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 20.11.2014 and the relevant paragraph of the order is extracted hereunder:

''4.As he found eligible for the post of Tamil Nadu Special Police Youth Brigade based on the second Medical Examination Report, the Director General of Police in his memo in R.C.NO.69829/Rect.1(2)/2014, dated 09.10.2014 has issued instructions to appoint him as Tamil Nadu Special Police Youth Brigade with effect from 1.11.2014. As per DGP's instruction, Tr.G.John Jebathurai was appointed as Tamil Nadu Special Police Youth Brigade on 1.11.2014 F.N. Hence the High Court order dated 23/4/2014 is complied with.
