This petition has been filed, seeking to quash the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.01/2014-H dated 11.03.2014 and as illegal and consequently directing the 1st and 2nd https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

respondents to reinstate the petitioner as a Shop Supervisor in Shop No.5414, Silaiman, Madurai District with all other attendant and monetary benefits from the date of the earlier order passed by the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.01/2014-H dated 05.03.2014.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. It is seen that the order of transfer is purely on administrative ground and there is no mala fide attributed against the respondents. Moreover, the transfer order has been passed as early as on 11.03.2014 and much water has flown thereafter. Hence, this petition is disposed of and it is open to the petitioner to join the newly transferred place, if not already joined. It is needless to state here that the respondents are at liberty to consider the case of the petitioner with regard to his entitlement to receive wages for the period for which he has not reported to duty, if any, apart from initiating disciplinary proceedings against him for the same. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
