ORDER
The petitioner has made a representation for cancellation of patta standing in the name of Gramathana Sarvothaiya Kotturavu Society and to consequently issue patta to the petitioner.
2. With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal, at the admission stage.
3. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
4. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard on 21/5/2024. Without going into the merits of the petitioner's claim, the writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to conduct due enquiry and pass final orders on the petitioner's representation dated 2/4
21.05.2024 after affording an opportunity to the petitioner as well as the Society, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
