(Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN,J) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.It is submitted that the writ petition has been filed seeking for a direction in the nature of Writ of Mandamus against the second respondent to take appropriate action based on the representation dated 17.09.2014 given by the petitioner with regard to the irregularities, misdeeds and misappropriation of public money. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, he sent a written representation to the authorities, the respondents 1 to 5. However, no action was taken. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed for the aforementioned relief.
4.Having gone through the accompanying affidavit, material papers and the submissions made by the learned counsel, we find it just and reasonable to direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2014 and pass appropriate orders according to law.
5.Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.09.2014 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to all the parties concerned within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015 is closed.
