Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. ANANDAKUMAR.N., Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.A.ALBERT JAMES, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) for Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4304 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1350 of 2022 on 05.04.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4304 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1350 of 2022 on 05.04.2022 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4304 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1350 of 2022 on 05.04.2022 is relaxed and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6049 of 2022 the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
