This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the Family Court, Madurai to expedite the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.32 of 2024 and to dispose of the same within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed H.M.O.P.No.22 of 2024 seeking a decree of divorce. He further submits 1/3

that the said petition is pending from the year 2024 without any progress. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 4.In view of the above submission, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.22 of 2024 as expeditiously as possible based upon the seniority of the cases. No costs.
