The petitioner seeks limited relief of consideration of the petitioner's representation, dated 14.02.2025 regarding cancellation of patta issued to the 3rd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the official respondents.

3. The petitioner, aggrieved by the issuance of patta to the 3rd respondent Society, has preferred an appeal to the 1st respondent for seeking cancellation of the said patta. The said appeal petition is pending on the file of the 1st respondent.

4. In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to hear the pending appeal and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording a fair opportunity to the petitioner as well 2/4

as the 3rd respondent, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
