[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner has filed this petition seeking production of the detenue by name T.Rajeshwari, D/o.Thangavel, aged about 16 years.

2.The detenue, who was present before the Court, being the minor has stated she is living with the petitioner, who is her father.
