PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the second respondent to file a final report / charge sheet in Crime No.26 of 2012 dated 07.03.2012 within the period stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

According to the petitioner, the case has been registered in Crime No.26 of 2012 dated 07.03.2012. But, so far, final report has not been filed before the trial Court. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court with the aforesaid prayer.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents would submit that final report will be filed before the trial Court, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
