(Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) The prayer in this WMP(MD)No.6807 of 2026 is to implead the petitioner herein as 10th respondent in the main writ petition. 2/4

2. Heard Mr.P.Thiyagarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner herein. One Muthukrishnan who is in-charge of a family deity or family temple situated at Survey No.79/3 in Aralvoimozhi Village, Thovalai Taluk, Kanyakumari District, which is one of the disputed areas is along with Survey No.51/1, are now covered in the main writ petition where the attempt made by the private respondent in the main writ petition to convert it as a pathway to have an access for his real estate business was attempted to be prevented by the writ petitioner and in support of not only the writ petitioner's case, but also to protect the individual case of the present petitioner, it becomes necessitated for him to be impleaded as one of the party respondents in the writ petition, as without hearing him if any decision is taken, that will have a direct bearing on his family deity situated in Survey No.79/3. This of his contention is to be accepted and therefore, this petition is ordered. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments. [R.S.K., J.] & [P.V.M., J.] 16.04.2026 bala 3/4
