ORDER
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to interfere into the civil subject matter in respect of the property, situated in Survey No.904/1C, Unjampatti Village, Theni District.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed.
3.It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent police shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
4.With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
