PRAYER :- To call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.45 of 2023 dated 07.02.2023 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Uthamapalayam Police Station, Theni District and quash the same as against the petitioners. ORDER: The Court made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the charge sheet has been filed.

2. This Court had already granted time to file additional grounds. As of now, no additional grounds have been filed. Since the charge sheet has been filed, the present petition cannot be entertained. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Criminal Miscellaneous petition is closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to challenge the charge sheet.
