This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to grant police protection to the petitioner and his family members to peacefully run Small Scale Flour Mill Business viz., Lakshmi Flour Mill at Sankarankovil Main Road, Kalugumalai, Thoothukudi District.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the first respondent on 02.06.2021 and the same is still pending.

3.Considering the above, the first respondent is directed to conduct enquiry on the complaint dated 02.06.2021 after issuing notice to the petitioner and the second respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
