2. The writ petitioner has already filed O.S.No.199 of 2016 on the file of the District Munsif, Thuraiyur, Trichy District seeking the relief of partition of his share in the suit property. The petitioner's father is figuring as the first defendant and the registering authority has also been shown as the fourth respondent.

3. Granting liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy in the pending suit, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
