O R D E R

The petitioner has approached this Court questioning the wrong survey sketch, in respect of the house property belonging to him, vide proceedings of the third respondent dated 15.12.2017. During the pendency of the writ petition, it appears that the mistake had been rectified and the correct survey sketch has been communicated to the petitioner on 14.08.2018. Since the prayer sought in this writ petition has been answered by the respondents, no further orders are necessary and the writ petition is, therefore, closed.

2. At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the correct survey sketch may be hosted online. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned Government Advocate (Civil Side) would submit

that a direction may be issued to the respondents to host the correct survey sketch online in regard to the property, which is the subject matter of litigation.
