ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner, dated 25.03.2018 and to investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has lodged a complaint before the second respondent on 25.03.2018, against the proposed accused, but sofar, no action has been taken and hence, the petitioner has filed the present Criminal Original Petition.

4.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, would submit that the complaint given by the petitioner was enquired by the respondent police and the same was closed as false complaint. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.Recording submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek his remedy before the appropriate forum, if necessary.
